Shrimad Bhagavatam is a timeless guide that helps us navigate the complexities of modern life. It shows us that the pursuit of worldly success, such as that found in Bollywood, among billionaires, politicians, and cricket heroes, is ultimately fleeting and unfulfilling.

By providing a spiritual perspective, the author invites us to transcend the limitations of our physical existence and to connect with a deeper, more meaningful way of living. Through his own experiences and those of others, the author shares profound insights from the Bhagavad Gita and Srimad Bhagavatam that offer solutions to our inner struggles with lust and envy.

This book is my humble attempt to explain the three principles of mind management: Awareness, Acceptance and Aspiration.

When hassled by my mind, I remember my spiritual master, Radhanath Swami’s golden words, ‘Life is simple for the simple, complicated for the complicated.’ The mind is a simple phenomenon as well, and even if psychologists and neuroscientists disagree, I have presented the concept of the mind simply, in layman’s language.

The book is not an academic presentation; instead, through a mixture of anecdotes and experiences from my own monastic life, and also using some historical events and news from around the world, I have shared the technique of mind management to help you face your life’s daily challenges with clarity and ease. Most of the quotes from the Bhagavad Gita are from the edition by Bhaktivedanta Swami.
